A Journey Worth Celebrating – Thank You, South Motor Group
Alhamdulillah (All praise is to God), our car purchase journey has been nothing short of remarkable.
After months of searching for the right car and coming up empty-handed, we came across South Motor Group – a discovery that felt divinely guided.
Our initial visit began with a warm and welcoming interaction. We saw a car we liked and called ahead, speaking to Craig Sevenich, the Dealer Principal. He mentioned there were offers on the car and that it was likely sold but invited us to visit anyway. On arrival, Shaun Blackbeard, one of the salespeople, reiterated the same, but instead of dismissing us, he spent time sharing his knowledge, guiding us patiently, and leaving us with a lasting impression of genuine customer care.
Though the car was indeed sold at the time, we left feeling content and hopeful, thanks to the kindness shown by Shaun. Fast forward to the new year, on my birthday, we happened to drive past the dealership and saw the car again. Curious, we called the next day and were informed that the buyer had pulled out. Instantly, I knew – this was meant to be, a gift from Allah (God).
We returned to the dealership and met Jason Heyns. His service was exceptional, leaving us utterly impressed. He answered all our questions with patience, provided complete transparency about the car, and made the experience seamless. His professionalism and care set the tone for what was to follow.
My wife worked with Robyn Horne, who handled the financial and administrative process with such ease and efficiency that it felt effortless. Despite being on holiday during this time, we were consistently updated with texts and progress reports, ensuring we were always in the loop.
Today, we collected our car, and the level of professionalism and warmth we experienced was beyond words. The signing process was thorough and explained in detail, point by point – a level of clarity and care we’ve never encountered before at any dealership.
South Motor Group and its incredible team – Craig, Jason, Robyn, and Shaun – have set a new standard for what car dealerships should aspire to. Their commitment to excellence, genuine customer care, and seamless processes have left us humbled and deeply grateful.
